Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols throughout the establishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and menu execution
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with hospitality or business management degrees
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
