Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Uphold and monitor strict Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards throughout the store.
- Lead and motivate shift crews to provide friendly, accurate, and fast service to every customer.
- Manage inventory levels, cash controls, and cost-reduction initiatives to meet financial targets.
- Assist in the training and development of new crew members to ensure consistent service levels.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in the F&B or service industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff and customers.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to perform hands-on work.

- Basic proficiency in computer literacy and inventory management systems.
