Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and motivation
- Implement service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality food and beverage procurement
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clientele
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in hospitality sector
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
