Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule service staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and place orders with suppliers as needed.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for growth and profitability.
- Maintain restaurant facilities and ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Uphold the Jiang Nan Hotpot brand standards during every shift.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in Asian cuisine or hotpot concepts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Filipino and English.
- Solid understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and cost control.
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-volume dining environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
