Guzman Y Gomez, a vibrant and rapidly growing Mexican‑inspired fast‑casual brand, is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Singapore location. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales performance while fostering a positive, team‑oriented culture.
You’ll work closely with the senior management team to implement strategic initiatives, optimize workflow efficiencies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. A strong focus on staff development, training, and performance coaching will be essential to motivate your team to exceed expectations.
Key areas of focus include:
- Overseeing front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations to guarantee consistent service quality.
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and recruitment to build a high‑performing team.
- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Analyzing sales reports and implementing action plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Direct and coordinate all daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.

- Analyze sales performance, implement marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast‑casual or QSR environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to motivate diverse staff.
- Excellent command of English; good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and local health regulations.
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
