As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the heart of the operation, ensuring that every guest experiences the high-quality service and authentic dining atmosphere that Samgyupsalamat is famous for. You will lead a diverse team, manage daily restaurant operations, and uphold our standards for food safety and guest satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage, train, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the establishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism to ensure guest retention.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and maintain the restaurant's aesthetic and brand identity.
  • Optimize staff scheduling to ensure peak performance during high-traffic hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Deep understanding of Korean cuisine and BBQ restaurant operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management systems and basic financial reporting.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a high degree of integrity and customer-service orientation.
