As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and service staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and prepare accurate financial reports to meet profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Kualifikasi

- In-depth understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage pressure, and make quick decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software is a plus.
