Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and schedule shifts for the FOH and BOH teams.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and operational procedures.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
