- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Manage inventory levels and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and schedule shifts for the FOH and BOH teams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and operational procedures.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
