- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Control inventory, manage food costs, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional service standards
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in premium hospitality environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Fluency in English with additional language skills advantageous
