As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the heart of the operation, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will lead a dedicated team, manage financial performance, and maintain the highest standards of culinary and service excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing service team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed to ensure alignment with our upscale brand standards.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including labor cost optimization, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols across the establishment.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive customer traffic and brand awareness.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring positive conflict resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably within an upscale or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory systems and POS software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, food costs, and labor productivity.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
