Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste while ensuring stock availability.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage financial tasks including budgeting, cost control, and weekly/monthly reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management and labor scheduling.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff members.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
