Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless workflow and high service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain, and food cost controls to maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule staff members to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all kitchen and dining areas.
  • Analyze daily and weekly sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure service excellence.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost control, and budget planning.
  • Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
