Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including service standards, menu presentation, and customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance appraisals to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive restaurant traffic and increase revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
