As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a full stomach. You will lead a dedicated team, manage the ebb and flow of a high-volume dining room, and orchestrate memorable events—from birthday celebrations to corporate gatherings. You will work closely with the Head Chef to curate an exceptional and diverse menu, ensuring our unlimited buffet remains fresh, exciting, and of the highest quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all aspects of restaurant and events venue daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a diverse team of service staff, kitchen personnel, and support roles.
- Develop and implement service standards to guarantee a seamless, high-quality guest experience for hotpot diners and event clients.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to control costs and maintain supply levels for the unlimited buffet.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, sales targets, and labor costs, to achieve revenue goals.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and maximize bookings for the events venue.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
- Strong background in buffet-style, high-volume, or Asian cuisine restaurant concepts is highly preferred.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive team culture.
- Knowledge of local Tarlac market and events industry is an advantage.
