Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and mentor staff to ensure high morale, consistent performance, and professional development.
- Analyze financial reports, including P&L, labor costs, and inventory, to drive revenue growth.
- Implement and uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards for compliance.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and reputation.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and solve problems quickly.
- Relevant hospitality degree or certification is preferred.
