- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to ensure consistent performance and team cohesion
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor financial performance through budget management and expense optimization
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards and cost-effective procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively
- Experience with budgeting and financial performance analysis
