- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently maintained

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and menu execution
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire others
- Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
