Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards of productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of service and kitchen staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Manage inventory, food cost controls, and operational budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Uphold stringent health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure a seamless and delightful guest experience by proactively resolving complaints and building loyalty.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and training programs to ensure adequate coverage and skill development.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and staff alike.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and operational financial metrics.
  • Deep commitment to customer service excellence and operational consistency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Relevant certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is highly preferred.
