Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff supervision and complaint resolution
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and supplier relationships

- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in hospitality industry
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer retention strategies
- Relevant certification in hospitality management preferred
