Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front and back-of-house activities
- Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain profitability
- Coordinate with kitchen team for menu execution and quality control
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience in hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
