Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Manage, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and professional development.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
  • Analyze financial reports and manage budgets, including inventory control and waste management.
  • Implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and drive customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Resolve customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
  • Deep understanding of F&B operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
