Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and health standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service and foster a professional team environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain coordination, and vendor relations to minimize waste.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze daily sales reports, labor costs, and operational expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure the dining area and kitchen facility are maintained to the highest hygiene and aesthetic standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, staff scheduling, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in inventory management and P&L oversight.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
