Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement menu strategies aligned with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Enforce sanitation protocols and safety standards across all service areas
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff on service excellence and operational procedures
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and vendor relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service coordination
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in hospitality sector
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety protocols
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control systems
- Excellent customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
