- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and workflow optimization
- Implement and maintain food quality standards and service excellence protocols

- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Expert knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and inventory management
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
