Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to maintain high performance and excellent service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies efficiently, and minimize waste to control operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and profit margins, and implement strategies to meet goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the local community and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
