Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless daily service.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of hospitality professionals through regular training and performance feedback.
- Manage financial targets, including P&L oversight, labor cost optimization, and inventory management.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and drive revenue growth.
- Handle high-level guest escalations and ensure customer satisfaction remains at the core of all operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate costs and ensure high-quality procurement standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, upscale, or casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and motivating diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.
