Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure premium standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance, collaborative service culture.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Optimize P&L performance, manage budgets, and analyze sales reports to maximize profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all departments.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service escalations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives and menu optimizations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest experience.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financial management, including P&L, food cost, and labor budgeting.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required.
