Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures and staff scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee food cost control, and manage supply procurement.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with restaurant policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to implement strategies for revenue growth.
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards and menu knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A deep understanding of restaurant POS systems and basic inventory management software.
