Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and mentor the service and kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and optimize operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all departments.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or luxury dining environment.
- Proven track record of strong leadership, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian; ability to interact with international guests.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and labor cost control.
- Deep knowledge of Bali's hospitality regulations and service standards.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable.
