Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and gathering feedback
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and vendor relationships
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain compliance with industry standards
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and loyalty
- Prepare operational reports and analyze sales data for continuous improvement

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
