- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction ratings

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in restaurant management with proven success in F&B operations
- Strong leadership abilities with team development and conflict resolution skills
- Expert knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
