Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high efficiency, and a consistent customer experience.
- Manage and motivate the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and place orders to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze financial reports and sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- A valid Manager's Certificate is required.
