Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain a high-performing and motivated team environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and supply chain costs to minimize waste.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase average check sizes.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a restaurant or fast-casual dining setting.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost control, and labor budgeting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop diverse staff.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic office productivity software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Filipino.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by business needs.
