Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house performance.
- Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets through strategic initiatives.
- Manage labor costs, food waste, and inventory control to maximize store profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff members to maintain high service standards and team morale.
- Develop and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, including P&L analysis and budget management.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Resolve customer feedback promptly to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving cost-control targets.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, P&L management, and inventory systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Creative mindset regarding Local Store Marketing and community engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
