Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a high reputation.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Demonstrated ability to assess operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving profitability.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
