Kurnia Seafood Semarang is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations. As a premier seafood dining destination, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and high-quality culinary standards. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for guest experience, team leadership, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant, responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure peak performance and consistent guest service.
- Maintain strict control over food, beverage, and labor costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage relationships with suppliers for consistent quality.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Prepare and analyze daily/monthly operational reports for ownership review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in high-volume, premium dining environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of P&L management, inventory control, and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is highly preferred.
