Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor front-of-house teams to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations including reservations, seating, and inventory
- Implement and enforce health/safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Monitor performance metrics and implement service improvement strategies
- Train staff on menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer service
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain positive relationships
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory controls
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2+ years as Restaurant Manager in Indonesian hospitality
- Proven leadership experience managing FOH teams (10+ staff)
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Fluent English language proficiency required
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid food handling certification preferred
