Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and profitability goals
- Ensure consistent quality of Turkish cuisine preparation and presentation according to authentic recipes
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all operational areas
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive dining experiences
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of quality ingredients and materials
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or ethnic cuisine establishments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Deep knowledge of Turkish culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Valid food handling and safety certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
