Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and workflow optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and profitability goals
  • Ensure consistent quality of Turkish cuisine preparation and presentation according to authentic recipes
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all operational areas
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive dining experiences
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of quality ingredients and materials
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or ethnic cuisine establishments
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
  • Deep knowledge of Turkish culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Valid food handling and safety certifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
