Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Implement and maintain high-quality service standards across all guest touchpoints
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Manage staff training programs focusing on product knowledge, service excellence, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational protocols
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant management with proven P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international dining trends
- Certification in food safety management (HACCP equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
