Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including service flow, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Implement and maintain Din Tai Fung's service standards and operational protocols
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue streams
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and consistency
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume establishments
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, inventory control, and POS systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
