You will be responsible for balancing operational efficiency with customer satisfaction, ensuring that all safety, hygiene, and brand standards are strictly maintained. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations, including daily front-of-house and back-of-house workflows.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, supply chain, and food cost to meet profitability targets.
- Ensure full compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Develop and implement local marketing or service initiatives to drive branch foot traffic.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and address operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain restaurant facilities, equipment, and aesthetics to meet brand corporate standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations (HACCP/ServSafe preferred).
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Proficient in MS Office and standard Restaurant Management Systems (POS).
