Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Manage, mentor, and schedule restaurant staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize wastage to improve profitability.
  • Uphold stringent health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the establishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive foot traffic to the Mal Pekanbaru location.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Deep understanding of POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage operational budgets effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
