Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service and high standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to foster professional growth and consistent service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee cost control measures.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase profitability and revenue.
- Address guest feedback promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal labor efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or fine dining sector.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-cultural teams.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
