- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and company policies
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
