Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to maintain consistent service excellence.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and stock levels to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Drive branch profitability through effective cost management and sales growth strategies.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and maintain team scheduling/attendance records.
- Coordinate with regional management to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Deep understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and inventory control procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP or similar) is a significant advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
