Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle guest inquiries/complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budget adherence for food and beverage operations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and menu execution
- Implement health and safety protocols and maintain compliance with local regulations
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for quality supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume establishments
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to operational challenges
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
