- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive foot traffic.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a high reputation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy setting.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (preferred).
