Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality guest experiences.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure excellence in service, food safety, and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock audits to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels and brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales, labor costs, and operational profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all kitchen and dining areas.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and performance summaries for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic administrative tools.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP certification is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills to monitor financial performance and operational metrics.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
