Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Drive exceptional customer service through team training, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Implement and maintain health/safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes for seamless operations
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and customer retention
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory systems, and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
