Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and mentor a diverse team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build lasting client relationships
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and quality standards
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for menu optimization and revenue enhancement
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with staff development experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bali-based candidates with immediate availability required
- Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial oversight
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
